Geoff came to my business following a conversation that my computer seemed to be slowing down and that it was not very old. Geoff showed me various ways to ‘clean up the computer and remove files that I did not need and in a way that I can understand and carry on implementing myself. He also showed me how to deal with other various issues such as upgrades and internet browsers.

Geoff came to my business as a result of a conversation about how my computer had slowed down so much and it was not very old.
Geoff showed me how to eliminate temporary files and tidy up a lot of the internet settings and although I knew how to defragment my computer he showed me a better method and also how to check that I get all the updates that I need.
This was all done in a way that I could understand and not in a geeky computer way which is very often what happens when you talk to someone who works with computers!
I can highly recommend Geoff and will highly recommend him to friends and colleagues.

My computer died just last week with a fault was difficult to find and to fix and so Geoff took away the computer to repair it.
He spent considerable time working on the machine and recommended changes to my peripherals to avoid the problem recurring and returned my computer this week, working perfectly.
When you add to this his obvious years of experience and the extremely fair labour charges, I can recommend the services of ituk without any hesitation and would not even consider any other repair service.

Router Repair. Geoff turned up promptly (2 hours early actually as previous customer was unavailable) and so speed of arrival couldn’t have been better. He explained at each stage what he was doing and why I had encountered problems. He really knew his stuff and was therefore able to find the cause of the problem easily and quickly. A problem I thought was unfixable was fixed within the estimated time duration and for the price previously quoted. Would recommend him to anyone and will be keeping his contact details for any future IT problems!

Inspection and testing of faulty computer. This trader is knowledgeable and recovered data for me. He did not effect a repair before telling me what was wrong with the computer and advised me that as attempt to repair it would be noncommercial. I live in Haywards Heath
