Geoff is one of the few people who are keen to understand the problem and offer practical and cost effective IT solutions. His knowledge on IT, networking and software applications is based on the latest technology available, without costing an arm and a leg. He is flexible in his approach, i.e. if there is an opportunity for someone to make the most of their money, example, by sourcing technical parts etc. independently, he provides appropriate guidance and thinks in the best interest of his clients. This is a trait sometimes rarely found, even in the largest of service providers. His ability to provide services at the client’s door step and being available at times best suited to clients, makes him a really good choice, especially when time is of the essence. Geoff does not believe in dazzling the client with technical jargon. He speaks in straight forward terminology that is easily understandable and brings to home the point quickly. I’d recommend Geoff to someone looking for IT & networking solutions, for home or office needs, any day of the week. Router Repair. Geoff turned up promptly (2 hours early actually as previous customer was unavailable) and so speed of arrival couldn’t have been better. He explained at each stage what he was doing and why I had encountered problems. He really knew his stuff and was therefore able to find the cause of the problem easily and quickly. A problem I thought was unfixable was fixed within the estimated time duration and for the price previously quoted. Would recommend him to anyone and will be keeping his contact details for any future IT problems!
