Technology is great…until it breaks down and you have to call in the “techie” who wordlessly arrives in your office, nods slowly at your crisis and then begins tapping on your keyboard like Mozart on acid.

If you’re lucky the problem is fixed embarrassingly quickly. For those who are less fortunate you may hear your techie sigh, tug at his goatee and mumble words like “trojan horse”, “infected” and “worm”. It’s going to be a bad day.
